A factory dating back to the Industrial Revolution and home to five listed buildings is being developed in the Leeds Conservation Area.
J+W, appointed via competition, designed a scheme comprising 155 residential units, commercial office space, retail, restaurant, café and bar space across ten buildings.
The scheme is characterised by its brickwork, in response to the industrial materials of the site and sensitivity towards the Conservation Area. The planning application was submitted in October 2015.

I prepared the elevational drawings at scales of 1:250 and 1:50 as part of the planning application, in addition to assisting with visualisations and diagrams.
